Fitness for people
with better things to do.

Get stronger. Keep your life.

BANKED gives you the smallest useful week: two strength sessions, or three short runs and one strength session if you are building to a 5K. Sensible progression, no streaks to maintain. Tell it how long you have and what kit is in the room, bank the week, and it is done.

What is BANKED?

A fitness system for people who want to get stronger without making fitness their life. It turns your goal into the smallest useful week of training, tells you exactly what to do next, and lets the rest of the week belong to you.

The problem

Most fitness plans ask for too much, need too much thinking, and make one missed day feel like failure.

BANKED solves it by

  1. setting a realistic minimum: two sessions, or four short ones if you are training for a distance
  2. adapting each session to the time and kit you have
  3. counting 20-minute sessions in full
  4. removing the decisions you were putting off
  5. telling you when the week is done

How the two-session week works

Two sessions. Any two days. Then stop.

  1. Step 1

Tell BANKED where you want to get

Pick what you are working on — lose weight, get stronger, run 5K or 10K, or just get fitter — add a few numbers and tick the kit you own. You can pick more than one, and bodyweight only is a valid answer.

  2. Step 2

    Do the next useful session

Session A or B, whichever is due, fitted to 20, 30 or 45 minutes and whatever is in the room. Weights and levels move up on rules you can read.

  3. Step 3

Bank two and get on with your life

Two strength sessions in a Monday-to-Sunday week and the week is banked. A third is a bonus, never a requirement.

An example week

This is the whole plan. Small on purpose.

Two sessions on whichever days work. The week does not care which two. Here are three ways the same week can go.

A normal week
  1. Mon Session A · 30 min Home, dumbbells
  2. Tue Nothing planned
  3. Wed Nothing planned
  4. Thu Session B · 30 min Home, dumbbells
  5. Fri Nothing planned
  6. Sat Long walk Optional. Nice, though.
  7. Sun Nothing planned

Squat, push, pull, hinge and core on Monday. Hinge, pull, press and single-leg on Thursday. Weights nudge up when every set hits the top of its range.

A travel week
  1. Mon Nothing planned
  2. Tue Session A · 30 min Home, before the flight
  3. Wed Nothing planned
  4. Thu Nothing planned
  5. Fri Session B · 20 min Hotel room, no kit
  6. Sat Nothing planned
  7. Sun Dinner with friends Also counts. Not toward the week, toward life.

Switch to travel and every exercise assumes an empty room: pike push-ups, split squats, towel rows off a door handle. Twenty minutes banks it.

A week that fell apart
  1. Mon Meeting ran over
  2. Tue Nothing planned
  3. Wed Kid was ill
  4. Thu Nothing planned
  5. Fri Nothing planned
  6. Sat Session A · 20 min Home, bodyweight
  7. Sun Session B · 20 min Home, bodyweight

Both sessions on the weekend, 20 minutes each. Still a banked week. No catch-up, no penalty, no streak to mourn.

A look inside

Real exercises, drawn properly.

Every movement in BANKED comes with its own illustration and coaching cues in the app, and sits on a ladder from easier to harder so the app can move you up when you are ready. Here are eight of them. There are dozens more, and you never have to choose between them — that is the app's job.

Travel weeks assume an empty room, so there is always a version of each pattern that needs nothing at all.

The whole point is getting your life back.

A couple training in their living room with dumbbells while their dog watches from the sofa.
Home counts.
A couple walking through a sunlit city park on the way home from a workout.
A walk counts.
Three friends cooking dinner together in a kitchen at dusk, one still in her training top.
So does dinner.

A good training plan should make the rest of your life feel better, not compete with it.

When life gets in the way

Built for the week you actually have.

Why it is not another fitness app

Other apps help you train more. BANKED helps you decide what is enough.

Less thinking.
More doing.

BANKED chooses the next useful thing, so you do not have to rebuild your plan every Monday.

Short sessions
still count.

Twenty minutes is better than waiting for the perfect hour.

Two sessions banked means the week is successful. Extra work is optional.

No fake numbers. Just how it is built.

What you can check for yourself.

  • 01

    Free, properly.

The whole strength habit costs nothing. Not a teaser, not a trial. A paid nutrition tier is planned and clearly labelled as such.

  • 02

    Deterministic.

The same inputs give the same session, every time. The programme is written in rules, not generated on the fly.

  • 03

No streaks. No badges. No leaderboards.

Nothing on the Today screen punishes you for having a life. The week is either banked or in progress.

  • 04

    Your data stays yours.

No ads, no data sales, no third-party trackers. Usage statistics run only if you say yes in the cookie dialog.

  • BANKED is new. There are no testimonials, ratings or user counts on this page yet, because nobody has written one and we will not invent them. When real people say real things, they will appear here.

Frequently asked questions

Is two strength sessions a week really enough?

For most people who are not training for a sport, two well-built full-body sessions a week, kept up for months, are enough to get noticeably stronger and to build or keep muscle. Progress is slower than with four sessions, and it does not stop. BANKED treats two as the job done; more is welcome, never required.

Is BANKED a workout app?

Yes. BANKED plans your training week, gives you each session, progresses it, and keeps calorie and protein targets alongside. It is not a social network, a step counter, or a place to manage streaks.

Can I use BANKED at home, in a gym, or while travelling?

All three. Tell BANKED what equipment you have, from nothing at all to a rack of dumbbells, and every session is built around that. Switch to travel and the session assumes an empty room.

What if I miss a session?

Nothing breaks. BANKED looks at the days you have left and gives you the most useful next session. If the week ends at one session, the next week starts at zero, not in debt. There is no streak and no catch-up marathon.

Does BANKED have streaks, badges or leaderboards?

No. The only measure is the week: two strength sessions banked, or not yet. We think streaks punish people for having lives, so we left them out on purpose.

Does BANKED work for fat loss or for getting stronger?

Both. Your goal shapes the calorie and protein targets and what the app keeps an eye on. The two-session week stays the same, because keeping muscle while losing fat needs the same strength work as getting stronger does.

Can BANKED get me running a 5K?

Yes. Pick Run 5K and the week becomes three short runs and one strength session. The runs start at a minute at a time with walking in between and build to thirty minutes without stopping over eight weeks, which is about 5K at an easy pace. The phone tells you when to run and when to walk, so you can put it in a pocket. There is a 10K programme after it.

Can I work on more than one thing at once?

Yes. Losing weight and running a 5K, for example, or losing weight while getting stronger. Your goals together decide the shape of the week and the calorie target, and the week never grows past four short sessions however many you pick. You can change what you are working on at any time.

Do I need to be experienced?

No. You tell BANKED your starting point and it picks movements you can do well: incline push-ups before push-ups, glute bridges before Romanian deadlifts. It progresses them as you get stronger.

What does BANKED cost?

The training is free and stays free: two sessions a week, progression, week banking, weight log and nutrition targets. A paid tier for taking the admin out of nutrition is coming to the app. Candidate prices are on this page, and you can ask to be told when it launches.

What happens after I complete two sessions?

Your week is banked. BANKED says so and steps back. Do a third session if you fancy it, or go and enjoy your week.

Your week does not need more fitness.
It needs a plan you can actually keep.
