Other apps help you train more. BANKED helps you decide what is enough.

Most fitness products compete on how much they can get you to do. BANKED competes on how little you need to do to keep getting stronger, and on being honest about what that leaves out. Here is the comparison, including the people who should choose something else.

The difference in one table

Success is measured daily: streaks, rings, days in a rowSuccess is measured weekly: two strength sessions, banked or not
The plan expands to fill the time you might haveThe plan shrinks to fit the time you do have: 20, 30 or 45 minutes
A new workout every time, generated or chosen from a libraryOne A/B programme, progressed on rules you can read
Missing a day is a failure state with a recovery flowMissing a day is a day. The week has others

Free tier with a paywall on the good bitsThe training is free and stays free; a nutrition tier is planned and labelled

Who should not choose BANKED

Plainly, because it saves everyone time:

Who should

The comparisons

BANKED vs Fitbod

A generated, ever-changing gym workout versus a fixed two-session floor.

BANKED vs Hevy

A precise logbook with a community versus a programme that tells you what to do next.

BANKED vs a personal trainer

Eyes on your form and real accountability versus a plan that is always there and costs nothing.

BANKED vs YouTube workouts

Endless free follow-alongs versus two sessions that remember what you lifted last time.

BANKED vs a traditional gym programme

Barbells, more days and faster gains versus a floor that survives a bad month.

How we compared

We describe each alternative in plain terms as it presents itself publicly at the time of writing, and we keep those descriptions general because features and prices change. We have not run head-to-head trials and we do not quote other products’ user numbers, ratings or claims. Where BANKED is the weaker choice, the page says so.

Fair questions

Is BANKED just a stripped-down version of the others?
It is a different unit of success. The others measure the day and try to fill it; BANKED measures the week and tries to keep it small. That changes what the product does when you miss something, which is the moment most people quit.
Can I use BANKED alongside another app?
Yes. People log runs in a running app and let BANKED handle the two strength sessions. BANKED has no integrations, so nothing syncs; it also means nothing breaks.
Why is the training free?
Because the two-session habit is the product, and a paywall in front of it would make BANKED one more thing to manage. The planned paid tier is about taking the admin out of nutrition, and it is labelled as a plan, not a promise.

Decide what is enough. Then do it.

BANKED builds your two-session week from your goal, kit and time. Free, no streaks, and honest about what it is not.
